2. Recommendation and declaration methods and requirements

The China Machinery industry Association, the provincial (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central government) machinery industry association (federation), the professional branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society and the provincial (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central Government) mechanical engineering society are recommended units in various industries, fields and regions。

When the recommending unit makes the project recommendation，You need to log in to the project application system to register from the "Recommended unit login" entrance (registered users do not need to do this step)，After logging in with your registered username and password，Enter the referral unit number and verification code (request by phone from the Awards office) to access the referral system，Then recommend the project according to the operation process of the recommended unit。

Member units of China Machinery Industry Federation, scientific research institutes in the field of machinery industry, survey and design institutes, relevant colleges and universities, and publishing units can directly declare (only the project declared by the unit or the project declared as the first completed unit)。

In addition to the "direct reporting unit", in principle, other units need to be recommended by the recommending unit。

When the applicant applies for project declaration, it is necessary to log in to the project declaration system for registration from the entry of "Application Entity Login", log in with the registered user name and password, select the corresponding recommended entity to fill in the basic information, and then apply for project declaration according to the operation process of the application entity。

3. Recommended materials

"China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Recommendation" is the main basis for the evaluation of China Machinery Industry science and Technology award, including the main part (first to eleventh), the annex part (twelfth)。

1.For the main part of the recommendation, the applicant shall log in to the project application system and fill in and upload the relevant attachment materials online in accordance with the instructions of the Recommendation of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award。The recommendation should be complete and true, and the written description should be accurate and objective。

2.Accessories mainly include:

(1) Necessary accessories

(1) Evaluation certificates: scientific and technological achievements appraisal reports, evaluation reports, acceptance opinions, technical testing reports issued by authoritative departments in the past three years;

Application certificate: refers to the application certificate provided by the application unit of the overall technology of the project, and the application certificate must be stamped with the official seal of the application unit (legal entity)。There should be at least one application certificate that can prove that the overall technical implementation of the project has been applied for more than one year。

③ Recommended "soft science, standards and testing results", "science and technology books" category projects need to submit supplementary materials, detailed details of the project application system file download Annex V, Annex VI。

④ In the "recommendation" page, fill in the recommendation and stamp the official seal of the recommended unit, scan it and upload it as an electronic attachment。

(2) Other attachments

① Science and technology update report: provide the update report issued by the authoritative update agency in the past three years (the project with the first prize must provide the science and technology update report);

(2) Core intellectual property certificate: refers to the main authorized intellectual property certificate materials, including the first page of the patent claims, the computer software copyright certificate and related papers, monographs, etc。

(3) Other certificates: other relevant certificates supporting the scientific and technological innovation of the project and the contribution of the completed person。

The above attached materials shall not exceed 80 pages。The content of the electronic attachment should be the same as that of the written attachment, submitted in JPG or PDF format, and the size of a single file should not exceed 500KB。

3."China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Recommendation" please generate PDF file in the application system to download and print, the content should be exactly the same as the electronic version of the recommendation。

4.Recommended book main parts and accessories bound into a volume (single and double side is not limited), paper size A4, vertical left binding, do not add cover。The application materials shall be made in duplicate, including 1 original (the word "original" is marked on the top right corner of the cover) and 1 photocopy。

5.All declaration materials will not be returned, if the declaration unit needs to keep a file, please back up。

4. Document requirements for communique format

In order to do a good job in the publicity of the 2018 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award winning projects and the preparation of the "China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Bulletin", please fill in the declaration in accordance with the requirements of the declaration platform bulletin format documents, and upload the declaration platform。The content includes the basic information of the unit, project introduction and 2 color pictures that can reflect the project content。 "Project Introduction" is mainly used for publicity of the winning project, shall not involve confidential content, the word should be controlled within 800 ~ 1000 words;The image format should be JPG or PDF, and the size of a single image should not exceed 3MB。

5. Other precautions for declaration

1.Confidential projects involving the field of national defense and national security and automotive projects do not belong to the scope of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award evaluation;

2.The application project must be the overall technology application for more than one year (before December 31, 2016);

3.2017 recommended projects without awards will not be accepted;

4.Once the recommendation is accepted, it cannot be revoked。

6. Recommend time

The recommendation deadline is March 30, 2018, and the overdue website project application platform will be closed and will not be accepted.Please submit or express the paper materials to the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Office before April 5, 2018. The project will not be accepted if the paper materials fail to arrive after the deadline。
